As well I point out at first that this is an only private and not commercial internet hompage. I'm not a service provider in the spirit of the Telemediengesetz (TMG) or of the Datenschutzgrundverordnung (further named: DSGVO)!

Data protection
This privacy statement should inform the users of my website about the kind, the scope of and the purpose of data collection and use of person-related data which might be touched by me. The exact definition of the used terms are layed down in Art. 4 DSGVO. Person-related data are all data which allow a conclusion to you and to backtrack your movements. Thereto belong amongst other things your name, your email address, the phone number, the IP-address.
I take data protection very seriously and treat this trustworthy in correspondence with the lawful regulations. Data protection also mean protection of human rights in their most personal range. I don't intend to get your data at all. But there are for example simplest technical uses by which it is not easily to see that person-related data will be touched. These I will show you under the next points.

If you want to get into contact with me this will be possible anytime by using of my here indicated email adress. In this case I will store your email address at the very least so that I can process and reply your request. Without your consent I won't give out these data to a third party.
Comments as well as contributions
Where applicable I will set up a blog on my internet site. Then the left comments oder exchange of opinions are possible.
In this case the system will be storing you IP-addess additional date and timestamps. This is allowed by warranted reason in the spirit of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. DSGVO and serves to my safety as the owner of this site. In case of comments or contributions with unlawful or illegal respective abusive oder similar content I might be made responsible tor that. Your rights as a user
To be informed in all cases you have the right by a request to get charge-free information about which of your person-related data are stored. You also have the right of correction of wrong stored data and to restrict the processing or demand the deletion of your person-related data. If appropriate you can take your right of portability of your data. If you should suppose that your data are used unlawful you can make a complaint at the competent supervisory authority.
Deleting of data
A right to get information makes sense anyway but this right without a given right of deletion comes accross as a toothless tiger. So you also have the right of deleting your person-related data despite this doesn't disagree to a lawful obligatory to store data.
By me stored person-related data will be deleted as I won't need them anymore for the purpose and if there are no lawfull store obligatories. If deleting is not possible - for example because of lawful obligatories to store them - the data will be barred for processing and won't be able to be processed for other purposes.
Right of contradiction
As a user of my internet-site you may use the right of contradiction and disagree the use of your person-related data at every time. Everybody knows about cookies. These are the inevitable small files which are stored on everyones computer and which are use by an internet-browser just to get faster contact to already visited internet sites. You can stop using cookies by changing the settings in your browser.
In principle I don't use no self setted cookies oder other analyzing tools. But with programming of my content management system joomla there'll be setted cookies. To embed these cookies in a lawful manner in the spirit of the DSGVO I selected a so called 'opt-in-solution'. You will be pointed out in compliant with data protection about cookies before you use this internet site.
There are several restrictions more about cookies and data tracking. So I lead to the next point in the paragraph 'data protection mode' and to the following points.
Links and embeding of contents on www.youtube.com (embeding of third party contents)
I portray links on my internet-site which lead to my own on www.youtube.com uploaded movies respectively these movies are embeded on my internet-site.
If you should use these links you are leaving my internet-site and you'll have to reckon with the use of analyzing tools, cookies and other techniques for data tracking. I point out that I don't have any restricting influence for this except the possibilities which are given from www.youtube.com in the settings of my video-channel 'uweontour.de'.
All the movies embeded on my internet-site seem to bei stored on my site. In a technical way the movies will be streamed from www.youtube.com. There is no problem with any copyright because I only stream my own made movies. And surely there is a cause to store these movies on www.youtube.com. The storing space on my webspace is limited and on www.youtube.com everyone gets enough space.
The European Court of Justice has decided that embeding is to be seen like a link and furthermore especially it is no intervention into copyrights. The German Bundesgerichtshof (the highest court for this problem in Germany) has followed this reasoning as far as possible.
data protection mode
To preserve the data protection on my internet-site I make embeding of movies out of my channel 'uweontour.de' at www.youtube.com only by using the so called 'extended data protection mode'. If a movie is called on my internet-site there alsways should be shown www.youtube-nocookie.com instead of www.youtube.com!
Data tracking of www.youtube.com is not be stopped with this funciton. To ensure that all users of my site are embeded in a lawful DSGVO-conformal way I decided to use the so called 'opt-in-solution' here too. You are informed in a lawful way about possible data tracking before you are using this site.
Webalizer
On my internet-site I use an automatic statistic tool (Webalizer). When you are visiting my internet site your browser will send technical data which can be analyzed. By the webalizer browser identification, domain, date and time of your visit and the amount of data will be stored. Person-related data are not touched in general. The data are used for a statistic (amount of) accesses of my internet-site. A relation to your person is not given or intendet.
social-media-plugins
In principle I don't use social-media-plugins on my site. But there is the limitation that it is possible by clicking on a movie that www.youtube.com uses social-media-plugins. These plugins might start further data tracking. Nevertheless with these trackings requested ratings of the movies are possible.

I don't send newsletters.
Google-(web-)fonts
If free google-web-fonts are used there will be made connections to servers of google. It ist possible that also tracking data will be send to these servers and that means that person-related data of users of my site could be transmitted. At that time free google-fonts are used on my site.
These fonts are used for a unified visualization of fonts. Your browser will load the needed fonts with click on a site into the browsers cache (store). Therefore all fonts will be shown correctly.
The fonts are to find on googles servers; so your browser will make a connection with google. Furtheron Google gets information that you are using my internet-site with your IP-adress.
I'm using the free google-fonts because my site will be shown in your browser correctly. With this I have got a respective interest in the spirit of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. I intend to do without google-fonts on occaison. This is no legally enforceable self-obligation.

OpenData maps and license
On my internet-site I show maps which are available either as a jpg-picture or are being embeded. The using of the map data is based on "open data" which are available in accordance to the Open Data Commons Open Database license (ODbL) throughout the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF).
The cartography you'll see in the map tile and the documentation are available under the ''Creative-Commons''-license „Namensnennung – Weitergabe unter gleichen Bedingungen“ 2.0 (CC BY-SA).
The use of the hint "© OpenStreetMap-Mitwirkende" is recommended. The overview of the contributers you'll find on the internet-site Copyright von OpenStreetMap.
The privacy policy of OpenStreetMap you'll find here: Datenschutzerklärung von OpenStreetMap. To my knowledge person-related data used by the map service only will be used for purposes to the representation of map functions. Thereto belong IP-adresses and location data which even though only will be collected with the consent of the users. Please be aware that pre-settings in mobile devices in general are not restrictively and location based data might be released. Only you yourself can change these settings in your device.

I am a supporter of data protection because this protects human rights. So I invested a lot of work into here to very tidely abide by the predefined regulations of the DSGVO and the TMG. Nevertheless these are only applied in some instances because I am no service provider in the spirit of these laws
There are business models with which will be tried to enforce fee required warnings. So far as this happens in the frame which is fixed by the legislator this won't be complained, for example in the case of legal action against a competitor. It should be noted that the legislator has had no intention at all of criminalization of every private owner of an internet-site with the DSGVO or to support those business models. Like in many cases when politics does not finish thinking a problem there will be independent courts to elucidate theses cases by jurisdiction.
Therefore I always will be thankful for hints and cognitions to data protection, copyright and also for possibility of improvements. These however don't vindicate any fee required warnings or cease and desist declaration for my private internet-site.
