General liability
Liability settles according to the German laws (BGB, TMG). I'm not a service provider in the spirit of §7 Abs. 1 Telemediengesetz (TMG).
Liability for contents
Liability claims against me which refer to impair material or immaterial kind and which are caused by use of or non-utilization of the performed informations respectively by use of erroneous and uncomplete informations are in principle excludet.
Obligations to remove or bar the using of informations in the spirit of general laws remain unaffected. A liability in that respect is only possible as of the date of a specific violation of rights. With become known of these proportionally facts I am going to remove those contents immediately.
Liabilitiy for links
On my site www.uweontour.de used links respectively embedings of videos on www.youtube.de show exclusively my own self made and uploaded videos and movies in my own youtube-channel uweontour.de. I don't aspire a monetarisation of my contents.
By using of my links there could possibly appear further contents on the youtube-site to whose contents I don't have any influence. Therefore I cannot take over any grant. For the contents of the linked internet-sites is responsible only the respective provider or operator.

I myself have created all inventions and contents on my site. These inventions and contents are subject to the German Urheberrecht (copyright law). Reproducing, processing and every kind of utilization out of the borders of the copyright need my written consent as an author, right holder and creator.
Downloads and copies of the texts of this site respective of the contents of the documents are only allowed and also explicitly desired for private use but not for commercial utilization.
Insofar as contents on this site are not created by myself the copyrights of a third party will be designated as so. Should anyone be attentive to a violation of copyrights I ask you for a respective note.
