Northtour - Sweden (1)

The next day I went directly to the ferry to Danmark. The dispatch was without any problems. I took information from every ferry connection before but I also was of the opinion that a motorcycle will always be picked up.

The way throughout Danmark was rather unspectacular. It was going to be interesting while driving over the Öresund-bridge to Malmö/Sweden. A small video is to seen of nearly 4 minutes long. And yes, I know this video is not so appealing. But the best on this tour is that everything will be better from day to day or here from site to site!

The early summer has arrived Sweden. It was significantly warmer and dryer. The driving through the fields of yellow rape seems to be mellifluous.

Nevertheless to drive through Sweden was a bit monotonous for me because I had to take the direct way. More beautiful, more interesting but also time-consumig was the junction to the tent place. That is what makes it you like to drive by motorbike. Small, curvy streets and the snugly cruising. And so I found the way to the first tenting by a lake.

I have spent my first night with Ronnebys Havscamping at Bökenäs and was amazed how much place here is for everyone. It lays at a fjord between the small offshore islands about 20km (13 miles) before you reach Karlskrona and is very idyllically.

I didn't expect but there were lots of mosquitos. Good if you use an inner tent with mosquito protection.

I had unwrapped my whole equipment and asked myself, how I could be able to put it all togehter again. While driving this tour this went into a kind of routine.

Sometimes I had to buy things to live what I left to think about. These things were to be added to the luggage. As a tip: its always right to let some place left.

Somehow I found a place for everything.
