Route day 10 (1)

The next morning I drove alongside the Tanaelva. I took a round all-round view with fantastic distant views.

The next smaller 'highlight' was to cross the bridge over the Tanaelva near Tana Bru. It was time to refuel again and get some food stuff before I would be on the longer way over the mountains behind Ilfjord. In the background and at the end of the video the mountains were seen that I had to traverse.

At this point a new bridge shall be build. Shame, I found this one here quaintly. But it was to be seen that something had to be made with it. Now I had to follow the road to Rustefjelbma on the other side of the river. As early as here I found a region which you should see if you're visiting around. You may not miss the branch to Lakselv in this village. The street became smaller at first and it seemed as it wouldn't lead further.

On the FV98The landscape which opened itself before me was one of the most fascinating highlights of my whole tour. I have been really seeing many beautiful points but these comletely different landscapes captivated me. In addition this road meandered beautifully through the region. The FV98 is not only a tip but a must for everyone who visits the north of Norway.

Direction to LakselvThis scenery and the snow cause each other naturally. In the transitional period without any snow it might be a bit barren. In summer time it also should look nice to the eye. Like I have experienced it, it might only be topped in winter time when the snow dominates the scenery.

From minute 09:10 there were reindeer on the left side of the street.

It has been really cold and I had to put on everything what I had with me.Link to northtour - Norway (4)
