Northtour - Norway (9)
Moskenes is situated in direction south so in the mornung the sun shines always on this place. The picture shows the Lofoten and the video is a round panorama to the main land.
The ferry started very early. The passage to Bodö lasted over 3 hours and I had enough time for breakfast aboard. The whole day was open to me. From Bodö I drove over the FV17 to the south.
There are some nice places with waterfalls. Somewhere at the street I paused.
Further along at the water of the fjords.
The way on the FV17 was broken off through several passages by ferry. At first I had to cross over the fjord Arhaugfjorden to Ägskarded...
...then from Jetvik to Kilboghavn. Here comes a nice view from over the jetty.
On the ferry.
With this passage I finally crossed the Polar Circle. And I could feel it shortly after that because the temperatures rose straight up. On this here shown island there stoods a sculpture which shows the precise place of the Polar Circle.
From the FV17 I branched to Mo I Rana and than to the south. Beside the fjord directly at the beach I found a camping site. I built up my tent. It is beautiful there with a docking for smaller boats and a bathing place. It was very clean there, might be a bit more elevated standard. So it also was a more expensive. However I would stay here again.
That was this day. When I layed in my tent in the sleeping bag it was at midnight. And it was a bit light still.
Here you see the sight directly at the fjord.
