Northtour - Sweden (3)
The camping site was great again. And it was getting warmer once again. I really had had good weather.
Another video with about 7 minutes length. I made the way through Sweden mostly by taking the main motorway to Stockholm. Correspondenting to that the trip was lengthy but the landscapes do have their charmes especially because of the fine weather. Temperatures around 26°C (79 F) escorted me. This region could be in Central Europe too if you look at trees and vegetation here.
Driving in Sweden is totally relaxation. No one pushed, at crossings far ahead the cars waited until I was driving past. Until I reached the proximity of Stockholm it went on like this. Coming there into the great city I felt like driving in German cities. In Stockholm was a hidden hectik like at home. The traffic quenched me a bit.
Stockholm is worth a journey to see it very extensive. At that time my target in the contrary was the way - and the way was yet far. And I love landscapes. Some impressions of the city - only seen from the street - I will protect you against this.
My target for the day the harbour of Grisslehamn came nearer and the region became lovelier. You can see it here with a video of approx. 3 minuties. The camera lens was wet of the dew drops but I decided to take this video.
When I reached Grisslehamn I had to find an overnight stay because the ferry to the ilses of Ä-Land was pasted away. There is no tent or camping site in this village. But there is a caravan place and the groundsman was very helpful. He let me build up my tent excepionally. On this evening I realized the first time that it was bright very long. Longer than in Germany at this season time.
